Grip sport also refers to the more niche training modalities and competitions that are designed to find those with the strongest and longest grip strength using specialized (and often hard-to-grip) devices such as rolling handles, axle bars, and vertical tubes.

What are the costs involved in the 2024 World Super Series?
1. A $20 membership with Arm Lifting USA. This is a yearly membership
2. There is a $20 pass through cost in the Super Series tickets on this site that goes toward the pool of winnings. The remaining funds are used for hosting the event and providing an awesome experience for our gripsters.
